Getting Started

Hey there, welcome to the Durable Body!

Here are some helpful resources to get you started on building your durable body.

What Does it Mean to be Durable?

Being durable means to be able to withstand the stresses placed on you. The amazing thing about our bodies is that they adapt to the stresses placed on them. If we apply optimal challenges through exercise, our bodies get stronger, more durable, and less likely to get injured.

Being durable also means you get to keep doing what you love and what you need to do, whether that’s running, lifting, playing your favorite sport, playing your kids’ favorite sport, working to provide for your family, etc.
